How can I contact Family Echo support?

I see a lot of questions in the forum but not many answers from the Family Echo product team. Is the product still under development? How do we get them to answer questions?

You usually get a reply pretty quickly if you use the "Send Feedback" link at the bottom of the main Family Echo screen.
