Can't download my family tree in a GEDCOM file

I'm trying to download my family tree in a GEDCOM file but when I click nothing happens. It still lets me to download in other formats. I downloaded GEDCOM files of my family tree previously, the last time in February, and never had this issue before. I've tried logging out and also using another web browser, to no avail. What should I do?

I just tried downloading my family tree as a GEDCOM file, and it worked they way it has always worked. You tried most of the things I would try already (logging out and back in, then a different browser). I think the next two things I would try are:

1. Try from a different computer.
2. Create a new family tree (don't delete the old one) and try that tree.

It's also possible that it was a temporary problem, and will work now. Best of luck.
