Is there a way to change the default way of showing birth and death dates?

What I'd like to do is those kind of changes:

"22 years old"  ---> "22"
"Born in 2001" ---> "2001" (or even something like "★2001 ✝2023" for birth and death)

I suppose this is not a feature. If it isn't, while it would be nice to be implemented (this is my feedback! hehe), I'd really like to do it even if it was a "Inspect Element" trick, for current visualization only. Could you tell me how to, if possible?

What about people who died in months, days, or at birth? That wouldn't work then.
