It's saying photo cannot be read

the photos are jpeg and under 16mb so i'm no sure what the issue is or how to fix it

Maybe try a .png or .html file? It might have to do with the device you're using. I am using a computer for my family tree, but if you are on Android or mobile it might be a li'l different.
