Why am I unable to access my tree now??

I have been working on my family tree for over 8 years on Family Echo, and all of a sudden today I got a notification while editing my tree saying it could not be saved, and then when I tried reloading the page it now says I don't have permission to view this tree? PLEASE help, this is so important to my family and represents YEARS of hard work!
