When I log into my acount and open the family tree that I am working on, a message pops up saying that I don't have permission to view and edit my family tree even though I am using the account I created and edited the family tree with, plus I never shared the tree with any one. So what's going on and will I never be able to accsess it again? Please try to solve this problem soon.
Also, I tried to look for the solution on the FAQ page and I found one question but it was from april 6th.
