how to erase the box entitled mother of "Jan"

Hello, I am dyslexic and find great difficulty working on line. I am creating a fictional family tree and would like to erase the box that keeps appearing saying Mother of "Jan".  Can you please tell me how to do it. Many thanks

So to remove that box, you would click on the box and then press the button that says change or delete and choose to delets
