How do I access my full family tree with all branches open and viewable?

How do I access my full family tree with all branches open and viewable. It seems that no matter who I select some branches disappear. Is there an view all button or something?

Have you changed the options for Parents, Children, and Other to the max values?

yes i have, im missing around 20 people, my total chart has 120 only
