Do not see the GEDCOM export button

As instructed, I have looked at the bottom of the sidebar but do not see a "retrieve GEDCOM file" button.

I think the process has changed slightly since then. 

  1. From teh main Family Echo window, click the Download button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the kind of download you would like from the window on the left.
  3. Click the Download button 
  4. Find the dlownloaded file in your downloads folder (probably) or wherever your computer puts files that you download from the Internet (less likely).
