I want to print a family tree for my grandma and few of her relatives, the problem is that english is not our native language and my grandma doesn't understand english at all. Is there a possibility to change the words like "born" or "died" to another language and if so how can I do this?

There are not built in internationalization options for Family Echo. I think your best bet would be to edit the PDF that is created in the print process. Adobe Acrobat (and, I would assume, other PDF editors) will let you search and replace within a PDF document.
