If a spouse is added after children were added to 1st spouse, can I change the children to couple?

Question

I have entered a number of families when I only had information about one of the parents.  When I added the second parent later, the children that were previously entered are shown as only coming from the previously entered parent rather than from the partnership.  Is there some way to reassign the children and their descendants to the couple rather than having to re-enter all of the information?

Answer 1

1. Click on one of the children
2. Click "Add mother " or "Add father"
3. Click "Add <spouse's name> as <mother / father>"
4. Repeat for other children
