This has been happening for months now so it's not just a temporary issue. Each time I try to download my tree as HTML I get the following message:

"Service Unavailable

The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

Is it because the tree is too big for html processing at 5539 people?

I just tried it and it worked for me. You might be right about the size. My family tree only has 757 people in it.

You might also try from a differnt browser or from a different device. It would also be good to know what happens if you try it with a smaller tree (maybe make one with 3 people in it).

It does work with a smaller family but for the big one it doesn't work from either Firefox, Chrome or Edge. Must be the size then.

I assume the site just stops processing the conversion after a certain amount of time and there's nothing to be done about it, right?
