Hi there, just logged into my account and I cant access my family tree.

I am having the same exact problem. I have over 3,000 people in my tree and don't know what I'm going to do if I lose it.

I'm having the same issue but it seems to be that none of the trees from before 2023 can be accessed. I'm not sure what would be causing it.

Mine just got restored. Try opening yours again. Maybe it was down?

Sorry about that, one of the family database servers had some downtime, it should be all OK now.
