One of my branches is corrupted how do i fix it?

So one of my branches is corrupted, when I search for the name of the person, I can click on it in search but it won't take me to them in the tree. It's all of him and his siblings. So I can't add their spouses at all or give them children because I cant see it. I have been working on this tree for a while, so I hope there is fix.

I tried downloading the tree and reuploading it and it didn't work. I also tried getting on family echo on my mobile device and i have the same issue.

 

I can't delete anyone in that branch either.

We recently made some changes to the layout engine, so it's possible there's some bug being triggered by something in your tree. Please contact us with more information about the name of the tree and the person you're clicking on, and we'll take a look: https://www.familyecho.com/?page=feedback
