The most common reason that a new family isn't saved is because the user didn't sign in (in the upper right). Could that be what happened?

This was not a new account.  I have been using this site for years, adding to it as I found new information.
You should use the Send Feedback link to ask the developer for help. Include as much information as you can to help him identify your account.
