Can I share my family tree with Ancestry.com?

Is there a way to upload my entire family tree onto Ancestry.com so I don't have to copy each person

Yes. It should be possible to download your family tree from Family Echo as a GEDCOM file - using the 'Download/export' button in the bottom of the left-hand panel - and then upload this file to Ancestry.com or most other family tree software.
