Did you figure out how you got back tree you created and saved?

i made a tree and saved all my edits as i went along, while i was logged into my account on January 19. i went back in today and all my edits are gone but it still has history that i made those edits.

Did you get any resolution to your problem?

That happens and it is annoying. Try restarting your computer first before you do anything else, though.
