Why are my emails to family members not being sent?

I try to send to family members email address through the share option, so that they can edit and add as they need to and the emails get returned saying....   5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons.  See

I have had the same problem as well. I have found it better to copy the link and send it as an email yourself.
