Uploading from Ancestry

Hi All I have tried uploading the GEDCOM file from Ancestry. But It only show me, a single peron in the upload, not the full tree. Is there any reason for this and how to I overcome the problem, an import the full tree.

I've neverr had a problem exporting to Ancestry, but I haven't tried importing. There are online GEDCOM file testers that will tell you if Ancestry is exporting a standard GEDCOM file. https://ged-inline.org/ is one.
