I set up a family tree can i share it with another acc if so how do i?

You can only share your family tree with someone in your family, like Steve. Click on Steve then click Share Family Tree With Steve.

Note that you can give Steve viewing or editing rights. There is no way to revoke rights to Steve after you have given them to him.
