can't print text utf-8 character encoding anymore only pdf?

I choose text for print but it does not work, only pdf?  It doesn't even come up where to save. how to fix?

Was printing to something other than PDF ever an option? I don't remember that.

yes it was print to text with each segment separated...now it has option text but nothing happens..

Are you sure that was a print option? There is a plain text option in downloads.
