Can I add a simple symbol like a small cross to deceased peoples ?

Hello, is there any way to add a small icon / image or a simple character like a cross, next to people that are deceased ?

Yes, sort of. There's no specific functionality for what you want to do, but Family Echo does suppoert unicode characters, so you can add any symbols that you want to any of the text entry fields. You will have to use options to tell Family Echo to display whichever field you decide to use for this. You can also change the color that Family Echo uses for the name of deceased people in options. So you can add: ✝✞✟✡☪︎⛩⛪︎
