Hello! I keep trying to add PNG or JPG files as the photo for the people on my newest tree. The files are about 300KB each, well below the 16MB limit. However, any time I do try, it tells me that the image could not be read and that only PNG, JPG and GIF are supported. I've tried it on several members with several different files across two browsers, but it does not work. I've successfully added other images to other trees in the past, so this one is a true headscratcher. Any ideas or tips would be appreciated!

This one is a real head scratcher. You have done all of the nomal trouble shooting steps. Maybe the images are not the filetype that you think they are? What about trying a site like: https://www.checkfiletype.com/ and see what they say about the files?
