How to switch order of given name and surname?

Question

I've seen this question been asked before in this same forum, and I saw the answer of changing it in options/settings. I don't understand what there is to change there, though. To clarify, I want to make the order like this: [Last Name] [Given Name]

Please help me!

In Options, the setting Given Names will let you say whether the given names come before or after the surname.
