Can this software handle a large file of 1380,000 names

I have created a large file over the past 20years using my hereitage sofware. That sofware no longer can handle my file

Based on where you put the comma, I'm not sure if you mean 1,380,000 or 138,000. If over a million, probably not. If 138,000 then maybe. What is the size of the GEDCOM file?
