How do I add step-children?

My sister has a step-daughter with her husband, and a grandchild from that step-daughter, who I'd like to add on the family tree. Is that possible?

Add sister's husband to the tree --> "Add child with new partner/without partner" on the husband, make this the step-daughter --> "Add second parents" on the step-daughter --> "set stepmother to [Sister]." You can add the grandchild as normal to the step-daughter.
