You can! When creating a new family, there should be a button at the bottom of the pane on the left-hand side of the screen which says 'Import GEDCOM or FamilyScript...' Clicking that will enable you to import a GED file. On the mobile version, that button can be found by clicking the pencil icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. I will just note that the option is only available for a completely fresh family tree, so if you have already added any details, you would need to start a new family in order to import the file.
