If you're on a tree select My Account, bellow the list of trees you've made is a button with Create or import new family select it and make a new tree don't add any info to the treee instead at the bottom of the info tab will be a button with Import GEDCOM or FamilyScript... (that button goes away if you make any changes to the tree) and select it.
