Where can you actually show the middle names?

I clicked the option to show middle names, presumably on the tree itself, but while I can see the options to show nicknames and titles and whatnot, I still can't see middle names there either. Is there something I'm supposed to do, or am I meant to just add it to the "given names" area? I could also just be missing something, but since it was a different option, I assumed they were two different things.

You put the middel name in with the first name yes. You put in what ever the person's First name is then you put a space and input the middel name(s) of that person.
