I have tried to get this tree printed at Walgreens, Fedex and CVS but they all say the file is unsupported - and I can't seem to find a way to email them a version which they can open on their computer. Help!

You mentioned they wanted a jpg in your other post. Family Echo supports downloading as a PDF (press print to get there), and then you can convert the PDF to jpeg, or whatever format they are asking for. There are a few pretty quick ways to do this, and you can find one that works for you by searching how to convert it online.
