incompatible versions from 3 different computers?

I have made changes in my family tree from 3 different computers and it seems that these versions are not matched. How do I do to get a single version that includes all changes I made?

If you were logged in to your account and editing the same family tree, then all versions should be the same. It may be that on each computer you have different options for displaying the family tree which is why they look different. Please also just check (using 'My Account') that you really are working on the same family tree.
