I'm trying to add a partnership status for one of the family members in my family tree. However, whenever I select an option, the page reloads due to an apparent error. It does not show what the error is. This is the first time I have encountered a problem, so I'm not sure how to proceed. Hopefully, someone can help me.

Please contact us via the feedback form, if possible with a screenshot of the recent content of the Console in the Developer Tools of your web browser. This might show us the error causing the problem.

I have now contacted you via the feedback form. Unfortunately, I could not find a way to add a screenshot to the platform, but I have described what the error looks like.
