Family could not be located

I have three families in my account. Today, when i try to acces sone of them a windows appeas that says "Family could not be located". Any help would be appreciated as I have over 2200 people on that tree... and have not exported a backup in awhile!

Log out then log back in, or close your browser and try again. That usually works for me when I see that.
