If, for example, Adam is the child of Ben and Cara, Drake is the child of Ben and Eve, but Adam and Drake are both listed as Ben and Cara's children:
Click on Drake, go to 'Change or delete', then click on 'Change Parents' and 'Set mother to Eve'. This assumes that both Eve and Cara are listed as Ben's partners on the tree.
