how to add member of the family as admin?

this family member/s can access the tree and can edit, add and delete just like the me, the founder. thanks

If you click on this person and choose 'Invite ??? to share family' you will see an option to allow them to edit. If they set up a Family Echo account of their own, then they will have the same permissions as you for the family tree.
