How to remove photo of person?

Click on the photo of the person you want to remove. Then click none and a message should come up asking if your sure you want to permanently remove the picture for this person. Then you either click ok or cancel.

Sorry, I've just managed to delete the photo which was turned round the wrong way so the question isn't relevant now.
