Since I do not have access to your family tree. the main reason of duplicate entries is because you are also part of ther tree, for instance if you married your cousin or second cousin or just anyone in the tree then you are also part of their tree and so it will show duplicate. Just click on yourslef and you will find out where you other entry is.
P.S. marrying your cousin or second cousin is totally not weird in Islam and very common in South Asia and Middle East. :)
