How do I delete a record?

Question 1

I have foolishly entered a name as a partner for an ancestor when I meant to add his parent. I can't seem to correct this. Can somebody help please?

TO DELETE the partner

with the sidebar enabled , click on the box with the partners name, ensure the Personal section is enable and select Change or delete, then delete {partners name]
