Since tree size is too big to print, is it possible to split into sub-trees?

You can make copies of your tree. Instructions here. Then edit the copies as desires to eliminate unwanted entries.

If your problem is just printing, you can use the Generations buttons at the bottom of the screen to adjust how much of the tree is visible. Counting from the selected person, "Parents" controls how many generations of direct ancestors are displayed. " Children" controls how many generations of children/grand children are displayed. "Others" controls how many gereration of other relatives are are displayed (aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins).
