I have multiple Family trees on here, and I keep getting an error whenever I try to click on one that says "Family could not be located", is this just a bug? Is the site down right now?

Perhaps their system is down?

Rackspace Cloud, our hosting provider, was performing some critical maintenance on one of the servers holding family information, so it was down for a couple hours. (This is a separate server from the front end of the site.)

Our apologies - everything seems back to normal now.
