How do i add my cousin as my godsister?

My cousin moved in with us when she was 1 month old. I would like to create a dash to present her as my sister in addition to her as my cpisin

I don't think you can do that. She can either be under the tree as your "sister" in which the tree would have to list one or both your parents as her parents. Or she can be listed as your cousin under her parents (Your Aunt/Uncle). You could put in her bio that she moved in with you all and is more like a sister then a cousin.
