How would you state this relationship for reunion purposes?

My name is Brian & creator of this family tree. I will be meeting a lot of my stepfather's family there.

I believe I have figured out how to verbalize this relationship but would like confirmation. From my stepsister Amber's point of view Amanda is her (1C-1R) first cousin once removed. So from Brian to Amanda it sounds like it should be (Step1C-1R) step-first cousin once removed. Is that correct?
