How can I add pictures to the bio? (i.e. birth certificate, marriage certificate, newspaper articles, etc.)

I'm wanting to add pictures of historical documents somewhere, like in the bio section.  Is there anywhere I can add JPG or other types of pics?  (i.s.  birth, marriage, and death certificates, newspaper articles, etc.)
