I realize this is a free site. I would have thought, however, that the people who use it would be more helpful and pro-active. The last two weeks have seen about 20 questions asking for help, and 1 answer.

I just spent an hour trying to answer as many questions as I could after using the program for 2 days. Hope it helps.
