I forgot my username AND password and the account isnt linked to my email

Basically I created a far off branch of my family last week (i know a lot of the family locally but dont know how we are connected)

I created a  new account for this branch of family about a week ago and did not put in my proper address.

The username had something to do with "Collins"

How do i get into this again as i have no other source of ALL the info i put on it. Please HELPPP
