click on the person whos photo you want to delete then go to the information area (to the side, the place where you filled out the name and added the photo) then click the photo and the photo that was already there will then disapear. then if you want to add a different photo just click choose a file and choose the photo you want then press upload and wait for the file to upload-i really hope this helped!!
