Yes.  On the tree, click on the person you want to give permission to edit the tree. On the left click on the "Invite ___ to share family" button. (It's under the persons picture)  Make sure the "Allow ___ to edit family" option is checked. Then copy the link supplied and email it to the person. Click the Done button to exit.
