Can I edit? shorten lines, enlarge boxes?

I'm afraid it is not currently possible to edit the size of the boxes or lines manually.

Use the zoom in and zoom out magnifying glasses to make the boxes (and lines) larger or smaller.

But you can't change the relative sizes of boxes vs lines, just grow/shrink them together.
