How to make "show" selections permanent.

I would like for everybody who views the tree to see life years, photos, birth names, and no middle names, including myself.  But every time I log in, I have to make the "Show" selections again.  Is there a way to make them stick across sessions?   Is there a way I can have the dynamic HTML download preserve those settings so that everybody who visits the tree sees it the same way?
