How do you change ex-partner to partner?

So, on mobile I accidentally made a bunch of people ex-partners instead of partners, and I've tried to change it to where they're married, but it always says "ex-wife" or "ex-husband" instead of "wife" or "husband." I don't know what to do.

Go to the sidebar where the person's information and basic commands are, then click on CHANGE OR DELETE.  Two options should come up - "Change parents" or "change partners". Click on the latter - then on "Set partner to XXX". Hope this helped - never used the mobile, just going off of desktop here.
